Orders & Customs

How do I order a custom set?

Head to our Customs page, fill in the form with your nail shape, length, colours, and inspo photos. We’ll review your request, then email you a deposit invoice to start production.

Can I make changes after submitting my custom request?

Small tweaks are fine if you message us quickly. Once production has started, major changes may require a new order.

Do you take deposits?

Yes — all custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before we start. The balance is due once your set is finished and approved.

Do you do refunds on customs?

Because they’re personalised, customs are non-refundable once work has started.

Sizing & Application

How do I find my nail size?

Check our Size Guide.

What if my nails don’t fit?

We can’t refund for incorrect sizing, so please double-check before ordering. When in doubt, message us.

How do I apply press-on nails?

  1. Push back cuticles and lightly buff your natural nail.
  2. Wipe with alcohol or prep wipe.
  3. Apply adhesive tabs or glue.
  4. Press and hold for 10–20 seconds.(Full instructions are included with every order.)

Can I reuse them?

Yes! If removed carefully, most sets can be reused several times.

Shipping & Delivery

How long do orders take?

Orders usually take 7–14 days from when your deposit is paid / Order is placed (for Premade designs).

What shipping do you use?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your set is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the UK. (International coming soon!)

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We take Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Premades: you can cancel within 24 hours if it hasn’t shipped.
  • Customs: cannot be cancelled once the deposit has been paid.

What if my nails arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and nails. We’ll review and work out a solution (replacement or partial refund).
