Welcome to Rad Nails. Every set is handmade with care, and we want you to feel confident when you order. This page explains how we handle custom orders, premade sets, payments, shipping, refunds, and your data.

Custom Orders

  • Custom sets are made to your specifications.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
  • Once work has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • We’ll send preview photos before asking for the final balance.
  • The balance must be paid in full before we ship.

Premade Sets

  • Premade sets are ready designed sets which are still made to order.
  • Please double-check your size before ordering.
  • Returns are accepted only if the set is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds (for accepted returns) are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item back.

Sizing & Fit

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing.
  • We provide a Size Guide to help.
  • Rad Nails cannot issue refunds for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Final balances must be cleared before shipping.

Shipping

  • UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24/48.
  • Shipping time is in addition to production time.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
  • Rad Nails is not responsible for postal delays, customs delays, or lost parcels once handed to Royal Mail.

Damages & Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and nails.
  • We will review and may offer a replacement or partial refund.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application, removal, or misuse.

Cancellations

  • Premade orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they haven’t shipped.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the deposit has been paid and work has begun.

Privacy & Data

  • We only collect the information needed to process your order.
  • Your data will never be shared or sold.
